# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like summer in a glass, but takes only 10 minutes from start to sip.
  • Naturally vegan and dairy-free, so it works for literally everyone at the table.
  • The shake-and-strain method creates that café-quality froth that feels fancy without any fuss.
02 -
  • Don't use canned coconut milk—it's too thick and won't shake properly, leaving you with lumpy texture instead of that silky blend.
  • Shake vigorously for the full time; half-hearted shaking means no froth, and the froth is half the appeal of this drink.
03 -
  • Chill your glasses in the freezer while you prep—that extra cold surface makes the difference between a good drink and one that feels luxurious.
  • If you want that café-quality froth, use an immersion blender instead of shaking for 30 seconds, which creates smaller, more stable bubbles that last longer in the glass.
