02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

03 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries, hulled and sliced as needed

04 - 2/3 cup granola, gluten-free if preferred
05 - 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips, optional
06 - 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut, optional
# Directions:
01 - Line a rimmed baking sheet approximately 9x13 inches with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until fully combined and smooth.
03 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to a thickness of about 1/2 inch.
04 - Distribute mixed fresh berries uniformly over the yogurt layer.
05 - Sprinkle granola, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut, if using, onto the surface.
06 - Gently press the toppings into the yogurt layer to help them adhere.
07 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt is completely firm.
08 - Break or slice the bark into pieces and serve immediately. Store remaining pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.
