# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Healthy and Nutritious: Packed with protein from Greek yogurt and antioxidants from fresh berries.
  • Quick Preparation: Takes only 10 minutes of active prep time with no cooking involved.
  • Customizable: Easily adapted to be dairy-free, vegan, or gluten-free depending on your choice of ingredients.
02 -
  • Ensure the yogurt layer is spread evenly to avoid thin spots that might break too easily or thick spots that take longer to freeze.
  • Always use parchment paper to prevent the yogurt from sticking to the baking sheet.
  • Press the toppings gently but firmly into the wet yogurt so they remain attached once the bark is frozen and broken.
